How the Whole Process Works; Budget Package
Step 1. Contact us via contact form or by phone.
All Packages with the exception of the Budget package will start with a free face to face meeting, by appointment at a place that is convenient for both parties.
Budget Packages will be completed by e-mail, phone, or snail mail.
You can choose your template design at www.firehousetrades.com/Templates .
You will then supply all necessary information including but not limited to business name, address, e-mail, phone number, business type, services provided, pictures up to a total of 4, relating to the business, a name for your firehousetrades.com e-mail address and if you would like it forwarded to your current e-mail address, rates for services, specials or offers for customers. We can determine your needs further by Phone or e-mail after the initial contact.
The First Review of the web page will be done by a password protected upload of your page on www.firehousetrades.com/yourbusinessname. Changes can be made at this point including but not limited to extra additions or subtractions. You will receive an updated invoice with corrections made.
After Changes are made or if the first version is acceptable to both parties the final payment including any and all extra charges made at the first review shall be due prior to removing the password and listing your site on Firehousetrader.com and Firehousetrades.com
How Our Design Process Works. All other Packages
Step 1: Contact us via Phone or E-mail
Step 2: We will set up a free face to face meeting, by appointment, at a place convenient to both parties preferably with internet access.
During the meeting we will discuss your needs, wishes and ideas for your website. I will listen to your ideas and inform you of what can and what cannot be done by FHTWebDesigns.
Step 3. What you need to bring to the meeting.
1. An idea of a general look and feel for your website.
2. Any and all pictures, graphics, files, contact information, business name, address, e-mail, phone number etc, that you would like included in your website.
3. A general idea of which design package you would like to purchase.
4. An idea of any special features you would like your website to include.
5. An idea of your website domain name. You can check domain name availability here.
6. An idea of which web host you would like to go with. We use and recommend Bluehost.com but you are under no obligation to use their services.
Step 4. What we need to bring to the meeting.
1. Ability to listen to your ideas and needs for your website.
2. Ability to improve upon your ideas to give you maximum value for your dollar. This is "Your" website and you want it to look great and be user friendly.
3. Have any and all forms and contracts necessary to get your website design process started as soon as possible.
4. Examples of templates we can use to get the general look and feel for your website design.
5. Examples of software/programs we can use to make your website more interactive and enjoyable for the end user.
6. The ability to assist you in getting your domain name and webhosting service setup with the name and host of your choosing.
Step 4. We will provide you with the following items.
1. Our Privacy Policy
2. Contracts and forms for you to look over and sign when you are comfortable with everything we discussed and agreed upon at the meeting.
3. A written estimate of the total cost of our services related to the design and set up of your website.
4. A detailed billing/payment schedule form informing you of your responsibilities for having your payments on time for each of the steps of the design process.
Including but not limited to:
1. Initial Contract Signing. A $100.00 deposit shall be collected after the signing of the initial contract
2. First Draft Review of the Design of the website (this can be accomplished by me uploading the website to the internet on www.Firehousetrades.com/Your Folder and password protecting the site with htaccess, you and FHTWebDesign would be the only ones to access the site).
At this time you can make changes to the website design and add or subtract any services not agreed upon during the initial contract signing, as long as both parties agree this can be done. A revised form and invoice will be given to you by e-mail, or in person detailing the additions or subtractions to the website design package and any and all revisions to the cost of the process.
Once all revised forms and contracts are back in our possession signed and dated we will begin revising any and all changes.
3. Final Website Approval. Upon your final review and prior to the uploading the web site to your server. Any and all outstanding Debts, including any upgrades to the website package added after the initial contract, will need to have been paid in full to Firehouse Trader LLC,.
5. Forms detailing the transfer of ownership and copyrights of the website upon completion of the entire process to "You" the purchaser of the website design service.
6. A copy of all contracts, forms, work done including all agreed upon services performed by FHTWebDesign.com on your website.
7. Any Items that have been discovered to have been omitted from this Section of the website at the time of our meeting and any items discovered to be omitted from this section by accident at time of this update to FHTWebDesign.com
